We are pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to you. The products must be in the same condition, original packaging and unused, bearing the original labels and accessories as well. Please ensure the product you return is in its original condition with the product care card, invoice and packaging included (Carton box, shoe box, dust bags, chain wrapped in tissue paper etc.); otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a full refund. Exchange and return requests for your online orders from abroad can only be accepted if the products have been delivered to us within the legal period of 14 days, with the international shipping costs and customs cost paid. Please note that failure to pay the customs cost will result in package to be held at the customs therefore the return process will not take place. Please place your orders accordingly.
Once we have received your returned item, it can take up to 3-5 days to process your refund based on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation of this once it has been completed. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If your refund has not been credited to your account, please contact your bank.

Return Process
* Note the quantity and reason for return on your packing list.
* For Exchanges, please note the style, size, and color of the item you are exchanging for.
* Pack your return securely, in the original package and include your completed packing list.
* We highly recommend saving your tracking number.
Failure to return merchandise as listed above will result in the product being returned without refund and at the expense of the customer. You will be notified via email once your return has been approved and a refund has been processed. Please allow 15 days for your return to be processed.
