DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?


Yes we do! We offer FREE international shipping to all destinations.


 


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?


International: Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days via UPS, DHL or Fedex accorrding to the destination country. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping.


 Please note; there can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. In most cases a signature will be required on delivery to confirm that the package has been received.


 


WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTIES?


Our main warehouse ships orders directly from Istanbul. Regulations for import duties and taxes applied to international purchases vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Our prices and shipping costs are exclusive of these charges. Panthera Commune does not cover any customs duties, taxes or fees which may be applied to your order by your local government and be payable upon delivery. Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of these costs. Please contact your local customs offices for more information. If we ship your order, and you fail to retrieve your package from customs, we will cancel your order and your order will not be refunded.


  


HOW LONG AFTER PLACING MY ORDER WILL IT BE SHIPPED?


Please allow 1-2 business days from when your order is first placed for the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping (besides pre-order items). Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 3 PM ( Eastern European Time Zone) Monday – Friday.

Orders placed after the daily cut off or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.


 


WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?


Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48 hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available, and your order status is changed to ‘Shipped’. As we ship orders Monday – Friday, tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays.
